Maggie Grace is an American actress born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character on ABC's Lost series, and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Her parents had divorced and she moved with her mom in Los Angeles. Although she was struggling financially in 2001, her debut came acting as Rachel's Room's principal character. In 2002 she was nominated for an Young Artist Award with her character as a 15 year old murdered Martha Moxley. Grace appeared as Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television show in 2004. She played the lead character for two seasons and won an award for her performance, a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace left the television series in 2005 to focus on the role of a greater part in movies, and had a role alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in Taken. She starred as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in both 2007 and Taken (2008) opposite Liam Neeson. The actress reprised her character for Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a contemporary adaptation to the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The film was also nominated for be awarded the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
